For our Footwear & Technical Equipment Division we are looking for a Field Testing Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for evaluating the technical and functional performance of sports footwear and ski boots during development phases, ensuring products meet Brand standards for performance, comfort, safety, and durability. Task & Responsibilities Coordination of on-field test for Footwear and Ski boots Give input and feedback during products development process to preventively detect quality issues during industrialization and mass production Creation and elaboration of reports and analysis based on feedback of our testers after collection on field test results Create and update TPM (Testing Procedure Manual) and all its documents. Support Physical/Mechanical test of internal Lab Availability to support QC activities Profile 3 years of experience in similar roles Degree in Engineering or equivalent Fluent English spoken and written Mountain sports lover Availability to travel Customer oriented Workplace: Montebelluna, ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!

Responsibilities

The Field Testing Specialist will coordinate on-field tests for footwear and ski boots, providing feedback during the product development process. They will also create reports based on tester feedback and support physical/mechanical testing in the internal lab.
