Job Description

• Deliver training materials for sales Team across levels based on relevant needs
• Cordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss the strenghs and weaknesses of the sales team as a way to collect information that can lead to insight for the sales Teams Development
• Monitor sales objecttives and key result to keep update with the current need of the sales team
• collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Ensure consistent standards for all essential training initiatives to have an impact on employee experience
• Support business team in identifying support required and coaching of individuals or teams
• Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
• Develop material required for training outline and handouts
• Conduct training for new and current sales associates
• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training Program
• Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they had during the process
• Generate result and measure the performance of the trainees after the session
