Description

In the role of Field Training Audiologist, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will provide thorough training to GN Hearing customers in the Netherlands, aligning with our organizational objective to deliver high-quality training in the industry. Our primary emphasis on quantifying the effects of training reflects our commitment to our products. The training will be provided to the audiologists of our key accounts and other brands that sell our hearing aids and are contracted by the sales team. The main aim is to equip hearing care professionals with the necessary skills and determination to recommend, fit, and adjust GN Hearing solutions for their customers. Through specialized training, coaching, and relationship-building, the Field Training Audiologist helps translate product knowledge into real-world success, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Field Training Audiologist, you won’t just train, you’ll inspire.
The team you will be part of:
You will be part of the Sales and Training team of the Benelux. This team reports to the country lead of the Benelux and is essential for maintaining and developing GN’s position in the hearing aid market. Our team culture is collaborative and innovative, where we aspire to empower each other and our customers through knowledge and support.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region
  • Develop tailored training materials that bring our products to life
  • Act as a trusted partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals
  • Support product launches, onboarding, and key account activities
  • Use a variety of learning methods, both in-person and digital, to meet diverse needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with strategic goals.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in audiology
  • Have experience in hearing aid dispensing
  • Have extensive stakeholder management skills
  • Have proficient skills in training delivery, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles
  • Be a skilled communicator who can engage, educate, and inspire
  • Are highly organized and adept at managing your schedule, and flexible enough in case ad hoc events are required to attend.

At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to carry out their tasks, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it’s needed most.
We encourage you to apply
Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferrable skills. We highly value a mindset and motivation that align with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.
