We're looking for a Power Station Operator who will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring, operating, maintenance, and repair of power generation equipment at various customer sites. What you'll do: Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Repair and maintain power generation equipment at customer sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and equipment is fully operational. Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance of power generation equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing faults as they arise. Respond to emergency repair calls and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labour hours, and expenses, and provide detailed reports to the Field Delivery Manager. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. Participate in safety meetings and training programs. To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience: Qualified Electrician with a WA- A Grade Electrical License. Valid Driver’s License. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working with power generation equipment. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety.
