FIFO SURVEY MANAGER

RM Surveys is seeking an experienced FIFO Survey Manager to lead surveying operations across our growing portfolio of resource and infrastructure projects throughout Regional Western Australia.
This senior leadership role is ideal for a confident, solutions-driven professional ready to drive safety, innovation, and excellence across all aspects of FIFO delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Leading teams of surveyors across multiple FIFO projects
  • Upholding and enforcing HSQE standards through audits, toolbox talks, and daily workflows
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to maximise operational efficiency
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures
  • Mentoring team members and supporting professional development
  • Building and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships
  • Driving business growth opportunities within the FIFO and resource sector
  • Championing the use of cutting-edge surveying tools, software, and digital workflows
