Position Overview:
The FIFRA Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the Regulatory Director, North America by managing compliance of Albaugh LLC North America products with the United States Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, & Rodenticide Act.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Registrations and Technical Grade Active Ingredient Sourcing Database
  • Manage Product Specifications Database
  • Manage Customer Subregistrations
  • Manage Safety Data Sheets. Work with internal or external experts to coordinate SDS authoring and version updates. Knowledge of HazMat shipping information for DOT, IATA, IMDG and TDG. Manage dissemination of SDS to internal and external sources.
  • Provide international regulatory support for Certificates of Registration, Origin, Composition, or Manufacture.
  • Manage FIFRA Adverse effects reporting.
  • Ensure import / export / R&D Sample label compliance (maintain database of import labels and table of approved TGAI sources)
  • Ensure supplemental distributor (subregistrant) compliance with FIFRA requirements (labeling, EPA documentation, and toll production agreements).
  • Responsible for implementing FIFRA compliance training modules for Albaugh staff and new hires, and to enact training programs as warranted by regulation changes.
  • Accountable for conducting routine audits of Albaugh production facilities, toll manufacturers, and distribution centers for FIFRA compliance.
  • Responsible for ensuring Albaugh compliance with RUP and CRP requirements (record keeping, advertising, labeling)
  • Responsible for filing annual production reports with US EPA and annual sales reports with Canada PMRA.
  • Key contributor in defining and implementing improved processes to ensure FIFRA / State pesticide compliance.
  • Accountable for informing management as new FIFRA / State pesticide compliance regulations are enacted and proactively implement change as mandated according to compliance deadlines.
  • Support response to enforcement activities and investigations as required by Albaugh Regulatory Director
