## Leading and managing in the execution of corporate finance transactions (including M&A, strategic advisory, IPO, Debt/Equity offerings) ## Working closely with senior bankers in FIG team who covers Insurance / Bank / Non-bank / FinTech / CreditTech companies ## Performing financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research, and providing rapid and accurate judgments to colleagues and clients ## Preparing and delivering client presentations in a clear and compelling manner, and contributing to team discussions and client meetings ## Experience at investment banking and/or relevant advisory firm is considered.
