They will play a crucial role in enabling our design teams to rapidly validate, update, and iterate on production designs, ensuring quality handoffs to engineering. The ideal candidate will work under experienced Program Management team leadership to drive process improvements, manage timelines across multiple concurrent features, and utilize tools like Jira and Figma to maintain Ford’s high standards for digital excellence. They will leverage data and automation tools to monitor progress, identify trends and identify opportunities for designers across the organization. The position requires a blend of design sensibility and program management rigor to deliver with quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
