  About the Role
  We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Fijian support worker to assist a male client in Duncraig. The ideal candidate will have cultural understanding and sensitivity, ensuring the client feels supported, respected, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal and social support in line with the client’s needs.
• Assist with community participation and daily living activities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with the client and family members.

Requirements

• Must be of Fijian background (to meet client’s cultural needs).
• Previous experience in disability or aged care support preferred.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, and First Aid/CPR certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Compassionate, patient, and culturally respectful approach.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
