We’re a fast-moving startup focused on reducing complexity and improving how people pay for coverage. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key product areas end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is excited to build and ship quickly with a high-impact team. What You’ll Do Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration Define requirements, user stories, and priorities aligned with business goals Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and speed of execution Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product Play a key role in shaping the company’s product roadmap Requirements What We’re Looking For 7+ years of product management experience Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure Strong track record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats Excellent communication and decision-making skills Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams B2C or B2B2C experience Nice to Have Background in healthcare, benefits, or regulated industries Why Fijoya High ownership and real influence on the product Small, collaborative team with a strong bias for action Opportunity to build do-good products in a growing space
