We are looking to hire a File Clerk to be responsible for accurate and timely filing of digital documents. The File Clerk will also provide administrative support to the accounting department. Schedule: Up to 10 hours per week Job Responsibilities: Open, maintain, and close files as directed. Assist with and perform administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, and shredding. Comply with all confidentiality and HIPAA polices to protect information of all staff and clients we serve. Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head. Other duties as assigned. Comply with all standards to ensure the health and safety of all individuals.
