Job Title: File Clerk Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Management Specialist to oversee the lifecycle of physical and digital documents. This role is responsible for filing, digitizing, storing, and securely destroying documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Oversee the lifecycle of physical and digital documents. File, digitize, and store documents efficiently. Ensure secure destruction of documents according to company policies. Maintain accuracy and organization of records. Handle confidential information with discretion. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience in document management, records keeping, or administrative support. Familiarity with scanning equipment and document management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and file management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Work Environment The role may involve lifting boxes or files up to 25 lbs. Work may be performed in office, storage, or archive environments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
