QUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our Administrative team in a remote capacity. As a File Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining and organizing important documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall administrative operations of the company. This is an hourly, full-time position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the efficiency of the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Organize, file, and maintain paper and electronic documents in an accessible and systematic manner.
  • Retrieve and deliver files as requested by team members or managers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding file security and data protection.
  • Regularly update and manage databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure information in files is accurate, complete, and properly categorized.
  • Assist in the digitization of paper files by scanning and organizing electronic records.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline filing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding filed materials and provide support for various administrative tasks.
  • Monitor inventory of filing supplies and request restocking when necessary.
