Davies are looking to recruit an File Handling Assistant to join our team in Liverpool. The Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support the pre-lit motor claims handling teams.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • 12 months relevant admin / claims support experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication & telephone skills
  • Able to use Excel
  • Excellent client care and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage volume workload via task management
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
