Position Summary The FMC Supervisor oversees file maintenance operations to ensure accurate pricing, item setup, promotions, and signage throughout the store. This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity, supporting front‑end and department operations, and ensuring compliance with company pricing, scan accuracy, and promotional standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily File Maintenance (FMC) operations, including item setup, price changes, and promotion execution * Ensure shelf tags, signs, ads, and pricing are current, accurate, and compliant with company standards * Maintain pricing integrity to support scan accuracy and customer trust * Coordinate weekly ad changes, resets, and promotional rollouts * Monitor and research price discrepancies; resolve issues promptly * Support front‑end, service desk, and department teams with pricing and item inquiries * Train and guide FMC associates on procedures, accuracy standards, and system usage * Maintain organized FMC work areas, signage supplies, and back‑up materials * Support audits, scan accuracy walks, and compliance reviews * Partner with store leadership on operational needs and priorities * Ensure adherence to company policies, loss prevention standards, and food pricing regulations Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * One or more years of File Maintenance, pricing, or retail operations experience preferred * Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workload priorities * Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail systems * Strong communication and problem‑solving skills * Ability to lift and move signage materials and stand for extended periods * Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required Core Competencies * Pricing accuracy and attention to detail * Operational execution * Organization and time management * Compliance and audit readiness * Team leadership and accountability * Cross‑department communication Pay Transparency: Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).  Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis.   *For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
