Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and personable Filipino / Western Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic team in Dubai. This role involves managing patient interactions and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments for our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting the clinic’s operations to provide an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities Welcome and assist Filipino and Western patients in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently Provide detailed information about aesthetic treatments, procedures, and clinic policies Coordinate communication between patients and medical professionals Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively Maintain and update patient records accurately Support the administrative functions of the clinic to ensure smooth operations Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and address any needs Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Filipino language is a plus Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work in a fast-paced clinic setting Salary + Benefits
