What you’ll be doing: Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding. Properly manage household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for the family. Provide clerical support to agency management and supervisory personnel. Answer inbound telephone calls. Attend meetings, community and outreach events. What we’re looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Valid driver's license Speak, read, write, and comprehend English Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Current Florida CNA licensure and AHCA Level II clearance Current BLS/CPR Certification Reliable transportation for travel to client homes and or events and willingness to travel to cover available shifts Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities or in an acute care setting required.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal planning/preparation, and general household needs to help them remain independent at home. The role also requires providing clerical support to agency management, including answering phones and attending outreach events.
