The Glass Bottle Filler Operator is tasked with the operation, maintenance, and oversight of the glass bottle filling machinery to guarantee that bottles are filled according to specified standards, adequately sealed, and appropriately labeled. This role necessitates meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and the capability to resolve equipment issues that may arise during the production process. Responsibilities: Operation of Glass Bottle Filling Equipment: Bottle Sealing and Labeling: Quality Control Maintenance and Troubleshooting Safety and Cleanliness Previous experience operating filling machines, preferably in the beverage or food production industry. Familiarity with the operation of glass bottle filling, sealing, and labeling equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to machinery and glass handling. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects in bottles or labeling. Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve minor equipment issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of production data recording and documentation. Desired Skills: Experience with automated filling systems and process control. Knowledge of glass bottle handling and packaging processes. Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
