Job Description Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour Shift Hours: 9:30AM - 6:00PM +OT Sort chicken butterfly fillets Trim bones and bruises off of chicken butterfly fillets with knife and place product on conveyor belts. Check rejected fillets at an x-ray reject station. Place butterfly fillets evenly spaced on conveyor. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor Must be able to work effectively with small hand-held tools. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to visually distinguish between product types. Repetitive grasping, cutting reaching, and lifting.
