Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Filling and Formulation Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, experienced in operating equipment, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality. Previous experience in the cannabis industry—particularly with cannabis 2.0 products and extracts—will be considered a strong advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Cannabis industry experience, especially with distillate or extraction processes, is an asset.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $20.23-$24.78 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain filling equipment for cannabis products with accuracy and consistency.
  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery in line with product specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure products are filled, labeled, and packaged in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized while following strict sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Accurately record production data, including batch records and equipment logs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by company management.
