Shifts are Thursday - Saturday from 7am - 3.30pm,
Working alongside your team of colleagues you will engage with our customers and showcase our unique offer from the exceptional local producers we work with. Using your warm and friendly personality you will use your passion for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our customers are given a memorable experience every time they stop with us. Our baguettes are freshly prepared on site daily. As part of the Filling Station Team you will work efficiently, following our recipes accurately to ensure our range is packaged and on sale at the key times to ensure availability for our travelling customers.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers, sharing advice on products, suppliers and allergens. You will need to keep up to date with your product knowledge to deliver brilliant customer service
  • Be a whizz on the till – efficient and accurate, whilst ensuring your customers are made to feel welcome
  • Work alongside your colleagues and roll up your sleeves to ensure shelves are stocked, fixtures are cleaned and our displays are looking their best
  • Display stock to our creative merchandising standards maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the day’s trade
  • You will use our high quality, locally sourced ingredients to make our ranges of baguettes on sale in our filling station.
  • You will work closely with the chefs in our kitchens to ensure our cooked ingredients are available when needed
  • You will work alongside your colleagues to prioritise the days workload and ensure that products are replenished before the peak trading times
  • Cooking off some of our homemade food for customers to take away – pies, sausage rolls etc.
  • Serving cold items from the deli and patisserie counter to customers ensuring correct packaging and codes for the till.
  • Complete the daily paperwork, ensure it is accurate and compliant with legal requirements; HACCP, product date management, allergens, be sure to escalate any concerns.
  • You will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our cold prep areas and follow all relevant food hygiene and allergen guidelines
