Job Requirements: * Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle. * Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review). * Must live within 40 miles of the designated region. * Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders. * Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements. * Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. * Proven success working independently with remote supervision. * Must be willing and able to work overtime as required. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds * Overnight travel required during peak times. Responsibilities

As a Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. You will work independently in a designated territory, often outdoors, and may require overnight travel during peak times.
