Job Description SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Being the Filtration expert in the defined region (MEAI) for the defined market segment (Filtration) Contact for S&AM for all filtration bid / no-bid decisions Defines the offering for all filtration RFQ Coordinate customer enquiries and preparation of quotations with support when required to the application engineers/bidding team Technical lead of all filtration RFQ incl. sizing, datasheets etc. Develop regional filtration sales plan aligned with regional budget and global filtration strategy Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer accounts Work closely with Agents in the region on RFQ and subsequent orders are transacted through Channel Partner. Joint customer visits with sales representatives to drive new and existing Indufil and Seebach business Price guidance and contract negotiations support in accordance with regional sales and product line guidelines Presenting the product range and its technical attributes/benefits to customers, during trade shows and industry conferences as acting regional subject matter expert Provide internal training programs in the region on existing Indufil and Seebach filtration products Organize marketing and sales enablement material and education for the local sales staff Support the ordering process to the manufacturing sites and complex orders in close cooperation with the local and central support teams Delivery of monthly reports to PLD, SBM and Global Filtration Management Liaison between CoE’s and regional sales and service teams on product line strategic initiatives and New Product Development projects. Strategic focus to develop India OEM business. Technical manager and contact for Global Accounts and Key Accounts like Siemens, Kirloskar, Enpro incl. regular visits and training for the India S&AM team.
