Position Summary: - * Serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end BI and analytics solution delivery, partnering closely with business and finance stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously optimize enterprise analytics platforms and data-driven decision capabilities. Responsibilities: - * Act as a strategic analytics partner to Finance, SCM, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions, translating business questions into scalable BI and automation solutions. * Own the full lifecycle of BI initiatives, including requirement intake, solution design, data modeling, validation, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization. * Design and implement robust BI and analytics models, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and alignment with finance and operational logic. * Develop and maintain clear technical and business documentation, and enable user adoption through structured training and knowledge transfer. * Explore and implement AI-driven use cases (e.g., forecasting enhancement, anomaly detection, automation, self-service analytics), from PoC to production deployment where applicable. * Perform data cleansing, transformation, and financial model development on Snowflake, ensuring strong data governance and auditability. * Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise platforms such as TM1 / EPM, including performance tuning and model enhancements. * Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights using Power BI (PBI), supporting management decision-making. * Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and external vendors as needed to ensure solution stability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.   Key Capabilities: - * Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify key trends, and draw actionable conclusions. * Financial Modeling Expertise: Proficiency in creating and maintaining financial models, including discounted cash flow and relative valuations. * Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability explain complex financial concepts clearly to individuals at all levels in the organization, including those with minimal finance knowledge and senior management. * Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively across functions and levels, fostering a collaborative environment. * Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing recommendations to drive business growth. Demonstrated interest in international finance, strategic planning, and management. Qualifications: - * Bachelor’s degree or above; major and years of experience are flexible, with demonstrated capability and hands-on experience preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong hands-on experience in TM1 / EPM modeling and enterprise financial systems. * Solid technical skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Snowflake, with the ability to design scalable analytical solutions rather than only develop reports. * Practical experience applying AI tools in analytics or automation scenarios is highly desirable. * Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and native English speakers. * Sound understanding of project delivery concepts, including scope, timeline, and stakeholder management. * Strong analytical thinking, abstraction, and documentation skills; detail-oriented, logical, and structured in problem-solving. * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and teamwork.   Preferred Skills: - * Advanced Degrees: master’s degree in a related field or an MBA. * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the data center and critical infrastructure industrial manufacturing sector.
