Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This is an opportunity not to miss! Join this fast growing ICT company in a pivotal and influential
role working on BIT Groups accounts as well as working on our client site working on their
accounts.
The role will offer challenge and diversity and provide an opportunity to make a difference and
be involved in the strategic planning and direction of multiple businesses.
The management team will be relying on your reporting and advice skills and commercial
business acumen to identify critical success factors. They are seeking a proactive and innovative
controller to contribute to strategic goals of both organisations.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in management, financial accounting and commercial
matters and experience working in a number of different organisations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial management of the business including budgets and forecasts
Reporting and monitoring performance including pricing, cost and margin analysis, budget
variances and cash flow forecasting
Compliance issues including all tax, accounting and business risk
Commercial matters including insurance, contacts and credit terms with suppliers
Accounting including bank reconciliations, minimising outstanding debt, payroll and expense
claims
Leading the finance team encouraging clear communication and adherence to financial policy
Liaise with Banks
Liaise with ATO
Liaise with Accounting company
