About the Role: Our client, a leading technology company specializing in managed services, IT infrastructure, and innovative solutions for financial institutions, telecommunications, public sector, and emergent business sectors, is seeking an experienced Finacle Treasury Specialist. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Finacle Treasury application, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and support for financial transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Finacle Treasury or other banking/financial software solutions.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience in Finacle Treasury application support, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle databases, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, RTGS, and other payment processing systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and support of the Finacle Treasury platform.
• Manage the customization and optimization of Finacle Treasury functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth treasury operations.
• Support and enhance integration with third-party systems, banking applications, and financial reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in treasury operations.
• Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to enhance performance and security.
• Provide technical support and user training to internal stakeholders on Finacle Treasury modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to streamline financial workflows and automate processes.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions for reference and compliance purposes.
