Final Assembly Technician Location: Sedalia, MO Job Description: The Final Assembly position is critical in ensuring that all components and parts are accurately and efficiently assembled into finished products that meet quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred but not required. * Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents. * Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with final assembly in a manufacturing setting. * Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards. * Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production environment. * Ability to use computerized tracking or inventory systems. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities: * Assemble components and parts according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. * Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors. * Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines. * Document assembly processes and complete required production reports accurately. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management.
