We are looking for a Final Detailer person to join the team and ensure trucks are clean before delivery to customers. HSA and/or FSA Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays Employee Car Discount Program ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare work to be accomplished by studying work order, bill of materials and blueprints. Wash truck exterior using cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes. Vacuum truck cab and body cabinets to remove loose dirt and debris. Inspect body for defects. Apply touch-up paint and caulk as needed. Apply decals. Document actions by completing production and quality forms. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Wear required personal protective safety equipment at all times. Participate in all continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Frequent mobility and/or sitting, standing, bending or stooping for prolonged / extended periods. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 75 pounds. Requires working in areas which are not ventilated or air-conditioned. Requires eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate machinery. Requires exposure to chemicals and solvents. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires hearing within normal range. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver’s License with an MVR in good standing. Must have basic knowledge and understanding of automotive paint process and prep. Must have experience in automotive collision repair and refinishing. Attention to detail is a must. Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Able to use hand and power tools and other equipment necessary to perform the job. Able to operate a forklift if required. Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening. #STE

The Final Detailer is responsible for ensuring trucks are clean before delivery to customers by washing exteriors, vacuuming interiors, and inspecting for defects. Additional duties include applying touch-up paint, decals, and maintaining a clean work area.
