EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Final Document Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. You’ll be responsible for managing the receipt, audit, correction, and delivery of final mortgage documents while ensuring investor, agency, and regulatory compliance. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in post closing or mortgage document processing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac final document requirements.
  • Experience with Encompass LOS and investor portals strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and audit final mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, resolve, and clear documentation discrepancies and deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with title companies, settlement agents, and county recorders for corrections or re-recordings.
  • Manifest, ship, digitize, and upload final documents to investors and custodians within required timeframes.
  • Maintain compliance with GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, investors, and external partners regarding document requests and corrections.
