Description Final Finish Residential Construction Technician • $20-$22/hour • Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity The Final Finish Residential Construction Technician completes homes to final delivery standards, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and readiness for homeowners. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days Assignment Details Pay: $20-$22/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 4:00 PM (depends on the day) Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Start: ASAP Pre Employment Requirements Background Check Required Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required Physical Required Valid Driver’s License Required Client Interview Required Responsibilities Home Completion & Quality Complete punch-out work to ensure homes are fully finished Deliver clean, complete, move-in-ready homes Work toward achieving “Zero Defect” standards Complete Quality Assurance Checklists Maintain strong customer service with homeowners, vendors, and team members Support company goals, including high customer referral ratings Construction Support & Labor Perform general labor including excavation and demolition Transport materials and supplies using company vehicles Set up and tear down work areas, ladders, and scaffolding Assist with minor carpentry and punch list tasks Support trade contractors as needed Install/remove temporary safety features such as railings and sidewalks Perform winter tasks such as snow removal, de-icing, and heating homes Protect materials from weather exposure Site Maintenance Maintain clean, safe job sites at all times Dispose of debris properly Perform daily cleanup inside and outside homes Assist with receiving and organizing materials Keep model homes clean and presentable Report hazards, damage, or issues promptly Safety & Compliance Follow company procedures and safety standards Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations Follow erosion control standards Adhere to company tool policies Ensure all excavations and hazards are properly marked Maintain a clean driving record Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used Hammer, screwdriver, tape measure Pliers, utility knife, hand saw Caulk gun, paint brushes Skill saw, cordless drill Work Environment and Dress Code Work pants or jeans Work shirt Work boots Requirements Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs English required (bilingual a plus) Benefits after Hired on Perm Vacation Time 401(k) How to Apply Website www.jobsourceusa.com Phone 402-331-4905 Walk-In Interviews Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Office Job Source USA, Inc.• 8406 Park Drive, Omaha, NE 68127 • 1 block south of Q Street on 84th Street Se Habla Español.
