Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • With the use of solvents and tools, customize and repair furniture. • Brush, spray, or hand-rub finished ingredients, such as paint, oil, or wax, onto and into wood grain. • Disassemble items to prepare them for finishing, using hand grinders, sanders, chisels, steel wool, pumice, and sandpaper. • Apply stains, top coats or varnish, shellac, lacquer, stain and wood sealants for furniture. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.70 Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
