Job Description Project Title Reengineering and Digitalisation of the Integrated Management System Documentation for Segula Technologies Tunisia Mission Summary The IMS documentation needs restructuring, simplification, and digitalisation for compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and upcoming ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements. Core Tasks Redesign documentation structure Standardise templates, naming conventions, and metadata Remove redundancies and harmonise processes Propose digital workflow (SharePoint) Create mapping matrix old vs new documents Expected Deliverables Updated IMS documentation architecture Harmonised templates and metadata model Document migration plan SharePoint workflow proposal Training material Contribution to IMS Ensures a scalable, clean, and digitalised documentation system usable for all standards. Qualifications Final-year Engineering student or Master’s degree student in: Environmental Engineering Industrial Engineering Health & Safety Engineering Quality Management Environmental Management Or any related field Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) is a strong asset.
