Job Description Project Title Design and Development of the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Documentation System Integrated into the Existing IMS Mission Summary This project focuses on creating the complete documentation architecture required for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, aligned with the existing IMS (ISO 9001 + ISO 27001) based on Annex SL. Core Tasks Define documentation structure Create environmental and OH&S policies Write mandatory procedures Develop operational controls & emergency procedures Create templates, forms, and registers Integrate documents into the IMS structure Expected Deliverables Environmental & OH&S policies Mandatory procedures Operational controls Updated IMS documentation tree Templates & forms Digital document management proposal Contribution to IMS Creates the documentation backbone and ensures coherence between all standards. Qualifications Final-year Engineering student or Master’s degree student in: Environmental Engineering Industrial Engineering Health & Safety Engineering Quality Management Environmental Management Or any related field Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) is a strong asset.
