• Support critical finance functions in a growing mining contractor’s Shared Servi
• Office-based role on the beautiful Sunshine Coast — Monday to Friday

  Exciting opportunity to join a global company on the Sunshine Coast in this newly created full-time position.
  Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role supporting core finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across balance sheet reconciliations, lease processing, statutory accounting, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare finance journals and manage cashflows
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Accurate preparation of BAS
• Process leases and loans
• Statutory payroll processing including superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover, leave and wage accruals
• Support the wider finance team with month end close and group reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting environment
• Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting preferred
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with JDE or similar ERP systems advantageous
• Highly organised with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
