We are seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team in Latam based in Peru.
The Finance team provides timely and accurate financial and management information, reporting solutions, and operational support to maintain the high standard of service offered to our internal and external clients. The Finance team comprises Business Intelligence, Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Systems, Finance Operations, Group Financial Reporting, Tax, and Treasury.
Team
The Finance team in the Latam Region is a key part of supporting our offices in making the right business decisions. Our team works closely with global colleagues to deliver exceptional financial and legal services, particularly in insurance law, litigation, and corporate advisory.
Key Responsibilities
This role is a critical next step in expanding our financial management capabilities and supporting the leadership team with accurate, timely financial information.
In addition to providing high-level financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, this role includes hands-on, day-to-day accounting responsibilities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, deep technical experience in accounting, and a sharp eye for financial analysis, billing trends, and reporting dashboards.
You will be responsible for creating financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis, day-to-day transactional accounting, cash flow management, reconciliations. CPA coordination Payroll is handled by another team member, but you will ensure all bookkeeping data is accurate and ready for payroll processing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and or Finance.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous financial experience in professional services or a partnership environment.
  • Advanced excel and financial modeling proficiency.
  • Experience with Elite 3E (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
