Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager PT Raksasa Laju Lintang (Ralali) About the Role We're looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to own the full financial backbone of the company. This is a leadership role — not a head-down executor position. You'll sit at the intersection of financial strategy, tax compliance, and team development, and you'll be expected to bring both technical depth and the judgment to translate numbers into decisions. What You'll Own Financial Strategy & Planning Drive the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles. Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into trends, risks, and capital allocation decisions — not just reports, but actual recommendations. Tax Management & Compliance Own the company's tax position end-to-end: corporate tax, VAT, PPh 21/23/25/26, transfer pricing, and BPJS obligations. Liaise directly with external auditors and tax advisors. Stay ahead of regulatory changes — we can't afford surprises here. Accounting Operations & Controls Maintain clean books and airtight internal controls. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close. Set the standard for how financial records are kept and ensure it holds up under audit. Team Leadership Build and develop a high-performing finance function. You delegate well, you develop people, and you hold the bar without micromanaging. The team you inherit should be stronger because of you. Business Partnering Work closely with Operations, Commercial, and HR to align financial decisions with business objectives. You'll present to the executive team and Board — so you need to communicate clearly to non-finance audiences. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA, ACCA, or Brevet A&B required. CFA or MBA is a plus. Minimum 8–10 years in senior finance or accounting roles. B2B, FMCG, manufacturing, or tech company experience preferred. Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations: PPh, PPN, BPJS, and transfer pricing. Experience with DGT filings and tax dispute resolution is a plus. Hands-on with ERP systems — Accurate, Odoo, SAP, or Oracle. You can navigate the system, not just read outputs from it. Proven experience building or restructuring a finance team, not just inheriting a functioning one. Speaks in insights, not just data. You know the difference.
