Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Relevant qualifications such as M.Com, B.Com, B.Ed, M.A. Economics, M.A. Commerce, or equivalent will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, and Cost Accounting.
Good understanding of relevant academic curricula and examination requirements.
Previous experience as a Commerce Teacher, Accountancy Teacher, Economics Teacher, Tutor, Lecturer, or Academic Instructor is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and understandable manner.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Ability to prepare effective lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching platforms, and digital educational resources is an advantage.
A patient, approachable, responsible, and student-focused attitude.
