You'll support the Origination Director in delivering funding solutions for Property Developers and Commercial Real Estate Fund Managers across Queensland. Based in Brisbane, you'll form part of a broader national team with a consistent, high-quality pipeline of dealflow, the kind of exposure that accelerates a career.

• What You'll Be DoingConducting financial and credit analysis on real estate-backed loan applications
• Assessing complex transactions, property valuations and market conditions
• Structuring loan proposals and presenting credit recommendations to senior management and IC
• Monitoring portfolio performance and flagging potential credit risks
• Partnering with brokers, developers, banks and internal stakeholders to drive smooth deal execution
