• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, alternatively, completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
• Proven experience in a similar finance/accounting managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

Accounting and Balance Sheet Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies and perform regular reconciliations and analysis of accounts
• Monitor and manage the company’s balance sheet and identify areas for improvement

Invoicing and Dunning Process:

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and oversee effective dunning processes to minimize outstanding payments

Project Controlling, Budget Forecasting and Reporting:

• Analyse project costs and revenue, providing insights for decision-making and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Provide accurate and timely budget forecasts to support strategic planning
