Your Next Finance Leadership Opportunity This role is built for a finance leader who likes to bring clarity to the numbers, strengthen the processes behind them, and give the business the insight it needs to move forward with confidence. Fuji USA is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to help support a growing business segment with strong operational discipline, clear reporting, and collaborative leadership. Why This Role Matters In this role, you will be a key financial partner for Fuji USA, supporting accounting operations, reporting accuracy, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance. You will work closely with leaders across Finance, IT, Product, Sales, Operations, HR, and international accounting teams to strengthen financial processes and provide the insight needed to make smart business decisions. What You’ll Own Lead core accounting operations, including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, management reporting, and balance sheet review. Oversee key processes such as sales tax filings, business licensing renewals, sales commission administration, fixed asset accounting, intercompany billing, and COW/COQ process management. Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll activities, tax reporting, banking activity, and labor tax compliance in partnership with internal and external resources. Develop and monitor budgets, operating plans, rolling forecasts, cash forecasts, and CapEx tracking to support business planning and liquidity needs. Provide financial and operational analysis that helps identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement. Manage audit support, GAAP/IFRS compliance where applicable, internal control documentation, and reporting reliability. Coach, develop, and support direct reports through clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional development. Requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA and/or master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of accounting experience, with public accounting and/or controller-level experience in a small to medium-sized company preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; PowerPivot, VBA/macros, SAP, SAC, Adaptive Insights, AOC Reporting, Microsoft CRM, and Concur experience preferred. Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical insight for leaders and cross-functional partners. A detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach with the initiative to improve processes and the adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
