We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end bookkeeping and accounting for Qashier in the Philippines. Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements including variance analysis. Prepare management reports and reconciliations. Lead the preparation and submission of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors as necessary. Responsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable processing. Monitor and prepare AR aging reports on a weekly basis, proactively track major accounts and address issues to ensure timely collections. Oversee team responsible for regional payouts and reconciliation. Responsible for the country's treasury and cash flow. Periodic forecasting and submission of cash forecasts to HQ. Preparation and filing of all company taxes such as VAT, Withholding tax and corporate income tax. Liaise with government authorities as needed. Lead a small team of accountants and finance executives. Qualifications: 4+ years experience in audit, consulting or tech/startup, strong academics, overachiever/top-performer and solid accounting knowledge.
