Key Responsibilities Oversee the company’s overall finance and accounting functions to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance. Produce and present timely, precise financial reports, including analyses comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts. Create, track, and revise project budgets in partnership with Country Leads, Project Directors, Project Managers, and the Finance team. Handle taxation and compliance requirements for Indonesia entities on a monthly and annual basis, while enhancing tax efficiency. Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and the monitoring of receivables and payables. Oversee payroll processes for Indonesia operations. Lead the coordination of internal and external audits, including tax audits, ensuring full preparedness and adherence to standards. Supervise, guide, and develop the finance and accounting team. Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required. Comply with HSEQ standards by following safe work practices and reporting any incidents or safety-related non‑compliance.
