JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager – Value Added to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead a team that supports operations by managing payables, receivables, and financial reporting for assigned business segments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while collaborating with other finance leaders to drive strategic success across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience managing a finance/accounting team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with multi-company financial reporting and consolidation
• Experience in AP, AR, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Power BI experience a plus
• Experience in foodservice or agriculture industries a plus
