Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Alliston, O

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, investigate any discrepancies
  • Develop, maintain and analyze annual budgets
  • Monthly BvA analysis
  • Assist in forecasting process
  • Review monthly corporate report
  • Provide support to managers to address accounting related questions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  • Ensure all government filings are submitted on time
  • Accurate preparation and posting of journal entries
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Submit quarterly reports to the banks to meet loan covenant requirements
  • Assist with audits
  • Train accounting staff as needed
  • Support accounting department with special projects as assigned
