Contract length: 18 months
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Alliston, O
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, investigate any discrepancies
- Develop, maintain and analyze annual budgets
- Monthly BvA analysis
- Assist in forecasting process
- Review monthly corporate report
- Provide support to managers to address accounting related questions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Ensure all government filings are submitted on time
- Accurate preparation and posting of journal entries
- Cash flow reporting
- Submit quarterly reports to the banks to meet loan covenant requirements
- Assist with audits
- Train accounting staff as needed
- Support accounting department with special projects as assigned
