Description
1. General Ledger & Journaling (Core Focus) -Record daily financial transactions across all entities, including bank movements, petty cash, and inter-company transfers. - Ensure all journal entries are supported by valid tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), receipts, or contracts. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure ledger balances align with bank statements. - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, ensuring timely payments and collections. 2. Reporting & Audit Support - Assist in the month-end closing process - Support the Finance Lead in drafting Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. - Prepare supporting documents and working papers for internal or external audits. Qualifications & Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. - Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a Digital Agency, Tech Startup, or Branding Firm. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Accurate Online is a significant advantage). - Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Basic knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations - Language: Professional fluency in Indonesian and English - Attributes: High level of accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a "growth mindset" to transition into more complex reporting roles. - High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting - Ready to join immediately (ASAP)
