Filinvest Hotel: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila Under the supervision of the Finance Manager and in line with the policies, procedures, and standards of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila (CFCM), the Finance Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in managing financial documentation and related records for hotel operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Admin Assistant works closely with the finance department leaders to ensure that all administrative support tasks are effectively handled. This position is essential for organizing finance activities, maintaining documentation, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the department. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a Related Field. Experience in an administrative role, particularly within a finance or accounting department, is highly valuable. This includes managing documentation, scheduling, and office coordination. Experience in maintaining and organizing financial records, including processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing expense reports. Familiarity with financial management systems and software such as Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is advantageous. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting is also important. Experience in a hospitality or hotel setting can be advantageous, as it provides familiarity with the specific financial processes and operational standards within the industry.
