Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Relevant working experience in administrative or accounting support roles is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Navision) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Review and verify invoices against supporting documents (e.g. PO, DO, PR, quotations).
  • Enter accurate data into the accounting system and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist with account reconciliation and support month-end financial close activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for payments and expenses.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and documentation is in order.
  • Assist with quarterly GST permit reviews and ensure tax compliance.
  • Perform daily cash flow updates and bank reconciliation tasks.
  • Coordinate booking of training courses and track completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and file training certificates for compliance purposes.
  • Monitor issuance of personal protective equipment (PPE) in line with internal policy.
  • Maintain accurate records for ISO audits and manage inventory of pantry, PPE, and office supplies.
  • Perform administrative duties including supply coordination, filing, and general office support.
