Description

We are looking for a Finance Admin / Coordinator to join our team, providing financial oversight and operational support for our VIP clients and management. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Track VIP client applications with the Operations Team, expedite issues, and provide proactive updates to management and clients.
- Research new authorities, government regulations, and application procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Proofread agreements and legal documents, completing necessary details and ensuring accuracy.
- Safe keep personal and legal documents, maintaining secure and organized records.- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and passport renewals.
- Update Personal Bank KYC information to ensure timely compliance.
- Act as a Point of Contact for selected clients or vendors, managing communication and resolving queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounts role, preferably in a corporate/VIP client environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
