Role Title: Finance & Admin Executive
Part-time: 21hrs per week - Mon, Weds, Fri - (must be able to work flexibly)
Rate: £15 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Start
This role is responsible for supporting the General Manager (GM) and Financial Controller (FC), in all aspects of the Club operations, ensuring the efficient running and ongoing provision of exceptional service to the Club Members, Directors, Staff, Guest’s, and Third-Party Suppliers.
The role requires a high level of flexibility, with strong administration and financial skills, including, but not limited to, the following: -
Ø Supporting the GM in marketing, promotions, and event planning.
Ø Providing efficient financial and credit control support.
Ø Data and process management, including certification/document and process creation, member and Board communication, and file archiving.
Ø With guidance from the GM, produce reports for Club Management, Directors, and Members.
Ø With training, being able to use ClubV1, our in house management system, as required.
Ø Monitor Staff Training to ensure agreed schedules are completed.
Ø Provide day-to-day support to the GM, answering telephones, monitoring and responding to emails/post, as required.
Ø Be the first point of contact for Members/Staff interacting with the Admin Office.
Required skills and characteristics
Ø Must be able to use own initiative, confidently identifying and recommending potential systems and process improvements.
Ø Must have effective time management skills, prioritising and managing workload.
Ø Must be highly organised, efficient, confident, and capable.
Ø Must have excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAGE.
Ø Must be able to work flexibly and meet tight deadlines as required.
