The Internship Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group, namely: takealot.com, TFS and Mr D. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: N6 Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The skills we need: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and financial applications Effective time-management and organizational skills Proactive, hands-on, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Support Time & Attendance administration, including biometrics updates and headcount reconciliation. Assist with basic financial administration, including invoice capturing and document control. Complete onboarding and training on DC systems Support the Admin office with day-to-day administrative tasks. Support procurement and inventory management for packaging, consumables, and uniforms. Update and maintain daily KPI dashboards and reports. Assist with month-end finance activities, including PO reconciliation, accruals, and supplier statements. Assist with budget preparation, cost analysis, and spend tracking. Provide insights on usage trends and supplier performance. Support audit, compliance, and year-end processes. Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Admin stakeholders to drive efficiency. This is a 12-month contract position.
